Additional Information
Trip/Tour Arrangements: We cater to individuals upon request and agreement, organizing trips/tours on nominated dates. Presently, we operate within Gauteng Province, offering pick-ups and drop-offs in the area. Pick-up and drop-off locations are the same.
Custom Dates: Groups with specific dates can inform us, and we’ll arrange a trip/tour accordingly. Prices may vary during peak seasons, school holidays, and public holidays.
Accommodations: Some accommodations may not include breakfast, especially those not on our database. Upon request, we’ll attempt to arrange breakfast with nearby restaurants. Advertisements will specify if breakfast is not included.
Travelling with Children: Specify children’s ages when making a booking. We do not book for persons under 21 unless accompanied by an adult.
Booking Deposit: Payment of the booking deposit implies acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Ensure the deposit is in our account before the due date to avoid cancellation. A non-refundable deposit of R1000.00 secures your booking.
Payment Options: Monthly payments are acceptable until the full balance is paid up three (3) weeks before the travel/tour date. Direct or EFT deposits are the only accepted payment methods. Quote your Name and Surname as a reference.
Total Price: The total price includes the non-refundable deposit.
Entrance Fees: Entrance fees are not included unless specified on our website for a particular trip/tour.
Booking Confirmation: Upon final payment, you’ll receive a booking confirmation containing accommodation details and the trip/tour itinerary. This is to ensure peace of mind and validate Fani Tours and Travel’s legitimacy.
Cancellation Policy: Failure to cancel your booking 15 days before the departure date results in forfeiture of all monies paid. Cancellation 20 days before departure grants a refund of 50% of the total, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellation 30 days before departure grants a full refund of the total paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
POPI Act Compliance: We adhere to the Regulations of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Client information and personal data are used solely for providing the agreed-upon services.
